If you are not satisfied with the quality of the After Party Shoes, or have any other complaint about them, please email first to inform us of the problem. Return the footwear to us and either a refund or credit note will be provided at the Company's discretion. Goods must be returned within 7 days of despatch of order.
If your goods prove to be faulty, or different to those ordered, we will provide an exchange of full refund if:
The goods have not been used.
The goods are returned to us within 7 days of despatch of order.
Proof of purchase can be provided
If you require a size exchange, goods must be returned to us with 7 days of despatch of order, unworn.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return postage to us must be paid for by the sender.
